  3. 5 Scope is EVERYTHING 1 Without requirements, programming is the

art of adding bugs to an empty text file. 4 In the beginning, everyone will talk about scope, and budget, and schedule, but in the end, nobody really cares about any of those things. The only thing they care about is this: People will love your software, or they won't. So that's the only criterion to which you should truly manage. 2 It doesn't matter what software methodology you plan to use; you always need to know the requirements of what you're trying to design or engineer. 3 Iteration is critical: Customers and Clients don't know what they want until they see it.
  4. Nobody is too busy! Its just a matter of priorities.

    Timeliness makes you a Superstar
  5. 7 Time is as important as the product 1 Planning

and prioritizing is key. It helps to prevent losing any task you have to do. It also makes sure that we do the most important ones first. 4 Always Delivering on time, makes you a super star! 2 Multitasking is not efficient. You shouldn't do multiple UNRELATED things at once. You are most efficient when you are focused and concentrated on one task. You have to learn to concentrate on one task, finish it and then move on to the another 3 Motivation kills distractions! Distractions kills time. You choose.
  6. 9 Great products live beyond time 1 Marathons Vs Sprints.

Some products development process are marathons, some are sprints. Decide which one you’re in and deal accordingly! 4 Keep it simple. Simplicity can be the biggest feature. “Don’t over do it. 2 Under-promise, overdeliver! It beats any other approach I know. On the other hand, you can't under-promise by very much, or you'll be labelled a piker or unskilled. 3 Divide and conquer. This is the key to solving any seemingly intractable product problem. Keep dividing until you find a part of the problem you can handle, and solve it.
  7. 11 You are the MOST IMPORTANT PROJECT 1 Keep improving

your self! Striving to be the best always is the best position to be. 4 Be part of an ecosystem 2 Evaluate your Clients and deliver Value accordingly 3 Too much Juice, Too much Sauce
  8. 14 The lifeblood of every project 1 We have two

ears and one mouth. Use them in this ratio. We have two ears and one mouth so we may listen more and talk the less." 4 Use Communication tools that your client is more familiar with. 2 People drift away from project goals quickly if left alone. Good project leaders talk to people almost every day. "What did you do? Why? Did it work?". 3 Carrying your team and clients along is far more important than anything else you're working on.
  9. 15 Project Management Process for Design Sketching Concept & Idea
