How (not) to Build a Web App

Simon Hamilton and I gave this talk at Refresh Belfast in October 2010. In the presentation we walked the audience through our journey as a new company (Rumble Labs) who decided to build and then focus on launching a web app called Onotate. We detailed our mistakes, lessons learned and much more in an epic hour and a half talk... it had a drinks interval and everything!
