    comes to your health. That’s why we offer a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans through TriNet to provide solutions for your healthcare needs. Healthcare plans that fit your needs Choose the coverage that works for you from a selection of plan carries and types, with some offering as little as $0 in insurance premiums for medical, dental, and vision for you and your family. Rx coverage included Smart Savings and Spending Accounts All your medical plan options include prescription drug coverage so you can pay less for medications. Medical plans include access to either a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), which help you save pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical expenses. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) TriNet offers access to an EAP through the FEI Employee Assistance Program. This program includes coverage for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents. The EAP provides 24-hour confidential assistance with on-demand access to professional counselors plus online resources for stress, substance abuse, and financial, family, or relationship help. The EAP also provides helpful tips and resources on parenting, selecting a daycare, life coaching, relationships, retirement planning, and personal assistants. HealthAdvocate TriNet provides access to HealthAdvocate to US-based worksite employees enrolled in a TriNet-sponsored medical plan. This benefit can help you find the right in-network doctors and coordinate care, review medical bills to find errors or duplicate charges, resolve complicated claims and billing issues, learn more about your benefits and coverage, and save money on prescriptions.

    offers a Work from Anywhere program as part of our employee benefits package. With this program, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any location for up to 30 business days per year continuously or intermittently with prior approval from management. You can also choose to work from one of our global offices. We encourage choosing destinations that facilitate seamless collaboration with your team, allowing you to stay connected and productive while enjoying the benefits of remote work. Experience the value of SmartSelect SmartNews puts money in your pocket with our SmartSelect benefit program powered by Benepass, an account that pays for your: • Wellness & self-care: up to $150/month for gym memberships, fitness classes, athletic clothing and equipment, massage and spa treatment, fitness wearables, and more. • Commuting: up to $350/month for commuting expenses to a SmartNews location (for full-time employees with assigned offices). • Communication & data: up to $100/month for mobile phone, data, and Wifi services. • Professional development: up to $240/quarter for courses, books, magazines, test fees, private Japanese lessons via COTO Academy, and more. • Full remote support: up to $250/month for setting up your home office for eligible full-time remote employees. Time of Take time to rest and recharge with our paid leave system. • Accrue 14 vacation days during each of your first two years at SmartNews, and your accrual will increase from there up to 20 vacation days from your seventh year onward. • Enjoy an additional 20 days* of paid national and company holidays • Take additional sick leave, which can accrue up to 80 hours *May vary by calendar year. Family support Employees who have worked at SmartNews for a full year are eligible for up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave following birth, adoption, or foster care placement and up to 8 weeks of paid pregnancy disability leave. Plus, you’ll have access to a dependent care FSA, which you can use to save pre-tax dollars for eligible daycare expenses.

    in who you are becoming and where you are going. • Our 401(k) Plan features a 50% matching contribution from SmartNews on the first 4% you contribute from your total annual compensation (base + bonus), and you can make both Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (after-tax) 401(k) contributions. • Our Educational Assistance Program reimburses up to $5,250 annually for higher-ed coursework. • Basic life and accident insurance provides financial protection in case of a covered accident, injury, or death (up to a $100,000 benefit) at no cost to you.
