В нашей компании мы разработали подход, который позволяет экспертам из одного проекта прийти в другой проект, подробно изучить работу в нём, расширить «профессиональное сознание» и помочь проекту стать более продвинутым и эффективным. И речь пойдет не об аудите… В докладе я подробно расскажу о том, что такое DeepDive, что стоит за триадой AREAS, SCENARIO, EXPERTS, как формировался пул экспертов, с какими сложностями мы столкнулись, какие решения нашли, и что помогло реализовать такой подход в условиях аутсорсинга и значительной неопределённости.
