Every day, we wish that like that it was great every day because there was this one day that you did all 34 things on your to do list, and you rocked and rolled it and you were just blowing everybody out of the water. And we want that same level of spectacular productivity that everything got done, and no one had a meltdown. And everything was glorious and wonderful to happen every day. And that's not realistic. Sorry, everyday can't be special, everyday can't be a ton of time. Because we are not built to sustain that level of productivity. Like, if every day is a unicorn day, then they're not special anymore. If every four legged creature that walked along was a unicorn unicorns aren't special anymore. They're special because they're different and rare. Different days have different purposes. So as you picture like the day, like if you would have like a whole month straight of unicorn productivity days, you would be beat, you'd be utter toast, you wouldn't have anything left in the tank. If you were running at like 100 miles an hour doing all the things every day, for a month straight. Even if it felt like oh, I was energy. I'm gonna do all these things. Like I think almost everyone that I've talked to you with ADHD that I've asked this question too, is like knows, like that time where you were like, on and you blew through some big project and was like, Oh, that's so or something and then you spent like the next two days just dead because you didn't have anything left in the tank. Our bodies need that rest and recovery time. So we can't have a unicorn day every day. Even though it'll be glorious if we could we always have this like optimistic view that we're going to have all the things happen on this day every day. And it's just not realistic.
