And we tend to feel like super curious. We're more interested in doing like strategy, we're more dynamic, our energy starts to rise. And this is a really great time to be like planning, problem solving, experimenting with new things. I'm aware, like I picked the unicorn is like our party animal here, like things are good, it feels exciting, like we're starting to like move in group. But we can run into the obstacle of, I just caught like too much newness of like, we push too hard, we try to do too much we take on like, because we have, like, we feel like oh, I finally have energy, then we like try to do some projects that actually took like twice the amount of energy we had. And just because like, we have more energy now than we did during our cycle, doesn't mean we have unending energy, there's not a like bottomless pit, a bottomless tank. There's no a Bottomless mimosas of energy here to be pulling from those projects still take a lot. And sometimes we push ourselves too hard and then use all that we had. And then some because we got excited about how we finally had some energy after the winter season. So what does this look like for me, these are the times where I'm doing planning. So for example, like that's when I plan the upcoming podcast episodes are like I planned this workshop when I was in the spring phase. This is a really great time to make social connections plan those playdates and go out for you know, dinner with friends or, you know, meet you know, a friend for lunch at the park, this is a time to be social, and be fun Mom, we tend to not need quite as many calories in that time. So like if I'm going to be at a time where I'm paying more attention to like what I need to be like what I need to be eating, this is a time where I'm like, Okay, I have more energy, therefore, I can probably do more meal prep. And therefore I can also like, have the capacity to like be making healthier meals for my family. And then this is a good time for like more movement plan a fun vacation. This is the way that we can lean into this spring season. So I'm going to give you another minute if you were to jot down like what are the things that make sense for you in this spring season? What are the things that you would probably want to do or definitely not do in this time so thinking about like, things that you might want to do? And in lots of those things you might not want to do it
