This is only one level of resolution, but an important one in keeping everyone in check with the broad strategic initiatives. R O A D M A P P I N G & P L A N N I N G
6. R O A D M A P P I N G & P L A N N I N G I also create detailed timelines for teams to plan against and as an internal resource for Tech and Product to use as a guiding map. I’ll use color-coding or swimlanes to define disparate categories of work and to ensure the roadmap is well balanced and organized.
7. P R O C E S S & P R O D U C T M A N A G E M E N T I believe that lean process and workflow are critical to a team's success. I practice a blend of Agile and Kanban, with a focus on one- on-one interactions — less on team-wide scoping exorcises, where responsibilities can be easily lost. On the contrary, when planning and positioning, I prefer to bring in all interested parties, so we can crowdsource the best ideas as a proto-team.

I N T E R A C T I V E P R O T O T Y P E S When necessary, I create fully interactive wireframes to give stakeholders and engineers a prototype that contains viewport boundaries, gestures, animations, and more. In this example, a fully-functional app was created to reduce the amount of Product collateral, thereby keeping the team moving in a clear direction.
