Tiffany is a Canadian living in Berlin with 20 years of professional experience in software development. She has worked as a developer, designer, product manager, people manager, and engineering leader, including as a former VP Engineering at SoundCloud. She has particular experience and interest in process engineering, UI/UX, and empathetic collaboration. She co-founded a consulting business that trains product development teams to deliver more value, more frequently, and have fun doing so. In her free time, enjoys cooking meals for friends and telling stories on stage.
