Over my entire career, I've worked with people from diverse cultures. Unconsciously, I began to have a deep understanding on the different ways people communicate and how their culture has an influence on their behavior in meetings & negotiations and on their listening habits.

When Cultures Collide by Richard Lewis is a brilliant book on this topic - it's extremely insightful and at the same time, super funny and relatable

I recommend this for anyone who work with people from different cultures or for people who love to travel

PS the diagram for american, german, italian and danish are cool AF (and pretty spot-on based on my personal experience)
