 ICT INNOVATION IN BERLIN! 6 Observations
2. * 1) the wrong people start trying to create tech companies 
 (the problem of Marketing BS / German notion of being innovative / opportunity costs of entrepreneurship for academics in GER)
3. * 2) tech startups are today incredibly cheap to produce 
 (vs. 1999 / but still we face a structural lack of financing sources and ICT venture expertise)
4. * 3) STEM & computer science students are structurally lacking entrepreneurial mindset & know how
 (=the lack of understanding of what business makes in combination with a strong bias towards risks and experimental failures)
5. * 4) SMEs are lacking access to innovation in tech (digital know- how / tools / methods) 
 ((beyond digital: new forms of knowledge collaboration))
6. * 5) Business-oriented domains are not recognising the possibilities of a “digital mindset”
 (the “intern spreadsheet research problem”)
7. * 6) the amount of good ideas is limited
