Engineering yourself in the software world - one step at a time

Every one of us can improve their professional self in several ways, and in this talk with Brandeis University student - I share a few things that worked (or didn't work) for me, including common traits shared by the great engineers within the open source community. We'll also look at how life outside of work can help you build a better developer mindset. My goal is to have you leave the presentation with a better understanding of the necessary internal framework for building a strong career in the software industry.
