What do we want from the government?  Більшість людей хоче владу не помічати і навпаки Most people want to ignore the government and so does the government  У контактах з владою ми хочемо компетентності, чесності, справедливості In contacts with the authorities, we want competence, honesty, and justice АЛЕ  У реальному житті ми часто хочемо порушення правил, щедрості, персональної уваги In real life, we often want to break the rules, generosity, personal attention
3. Чому влада погано чує? Why is the government hard of hearing?  Їй це не потрібно, влада сама ставить собі завдання і сама їх виконує It does not need it, the government sets its own tasks and fulfills them  Окремі голоси, навіть якщо їх багато, не є істиною Individual voices, even if they are many, are not the truth  Більшість засобів зв’язку з владою працюють навпаки Most means of communication with the authorities work the other way around
