  2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: • Started my professional journey from Toyota Motors

    Company as a Trainee Engineer. • Promoted to Quality Engineer/Assistant Manager after 1 Year. Implemented real-time defect monitoring system which notifies the responsible manufacturing member reducing defect/unit by 12%. Upgraded the jig maintenance procedure resulted in reduction in shower leakage defects. I. Complete Automation of Chassis Body Rotation process over the Jig. (Weld Shop) II. Assisted in the Assembly line extension project. (Assy Shop) KEY Responsibilities and Achievements: 1. Looking after the Appearance and Functional defects detection line. 2. Collaborate with production Engineering team for root cause analysis of critical defects. 3. Collaborated with Global Toyota Affiliates and Projects Department to enhance/automate the manufacturing processes. Project I: Chassis Body Rotation Process Automation Problem: Rotation of Chassis body of Corolla and Yaris for welding process requires 2 member manually cranking the jig to rotate. Solution: Utilizing Autonics PI Controllers, Jig modifications, electric motor and remote to remotely and automatically rotate the complete chassis body resulting in improved ergonomics and reduction in Weld related defects. Project II: Andon System and Proximity Sensor Installing in Assy Line Extension Project Problem: To cater the increasing demand of Fortuner and Hilux variants, extending the Assy line for increased vehicle production and reduced cycle time. Solution: Integrating the Andon System ( to stop the live whenever necessary) and Proximity sensor (to control the vehicle movement) into the conveyor line, controlling all these variables using PLC.
  3. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES: • Joined Shell as Transport Scheduler in 2022.

    • Promoted to Terminal Operations Administrator in 2024. Project I: Automatic Fatigue Detection Device (AFDD) Installation in Tank Lorries. Problem: Ensuring the fatigue level of hydrocarbon tank lorry driver is under satisfactory limits. Solution: Using Fleet Cam Infrared Cameras and Image processing techniques to detect signs of fatigues like Yawning, blinking frequency, head tiltness, muscle movements and trigger alarms. Problem: To mitigate the hydrocarbon product theft during transit. Solution: Locally manufactured TPL trakker sensors, detecting the seal opening and geofencing the tank Lorry to confirm if the seal is opened in retail site or not. Project II: Electronic Sealing of Tank Lorry Decantation. Decantation Area

Decent command over different programming and designing software's 2. Future Trends Regarding SSI: 1. World is moving towards more miniature systems day-by-day. 2. Customer requested are now becoming more and more specific to their bottlenecks as the application MEMS is getting bigger. 3. Future Goals: Associate with Industry to gain in-depth experience Provide consultancy services regarding industry specific bottlenecks requirements Collaborate with Pakistani industries for Global Sustainability
