Project I: Chassis Body Rotation Process Automation Problem: Rotation of Chassis body of Corolla and Yaris for welding process requires 2 member manually cranking the jig to rotate. Solution: Utilizing Autonics PI Controllers, Jig modifications, electric motor and remote to remotely and automatically rotate the complete chassis body resulting in improved ergonomics and reduction in Weld related defects. Project II: Andon System and Proximity Sensor Installing in Assy Line Extension Project Problem: To cater the increasing demand of Fortuner and Hilux variants, extending the Assy line for increased vehicle production and reduced cycle time. Solution: Integrating the Andon System ( to stop the live whenever necessary) and Proximity sensor (to control the vehicle movement) into the conveyor line, controlling all these variables using PLC.
