  1. If your product is priced too low, the customer may

view it as less valuable or poor quality. You will get the penny pincher type of customer and they will find ANYTHING wrong with your product and will always demand a refund. Who is your ideal customer? Pricing that is reasonable & credits the quality of your products will bring in customers who respect your business and the quality of the item they are spending money on. YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO VALUE YOU, YOUR STORE, AND YOUR PRODUCTS.
  2. REFUND POLICY What is your refund policy? This is personal

preference but something to keep in mind when you're starting out is that every dollar that comes in counts. The money that you get from one or two orders immediately goes into buying new inventory but if you're making returns and refunds, you could get stuck paying out of pocket for new inventory. For that reason, I personally decided that refunds will be made possible in the future but not starting off.
