  1. An affirmation is a short, powerful yet simple statement designed

    to manifest a specific goal. WHAT IS AN AFFIRMATION? Affirmations are all about reprogramming the subconscious mind by encouraging us to believe certain things about ourselves, the world, and our place within in.
  2. Use present tense and start with the words “I am”

    Keep it positive Keep it brief Make it specific (these are the two most powerful words in the english language) HOW DO I DO IT?
