2. TIP 1 F A C E B O O K G R O U P I love the senes of community that comes with my ambassador program. Everybody wants to feel part of something so being able to connect them through a facebook group is so fun!
3. TIP 2 M E E T U P S I LIVE for ambassador meet ups! Plan something.. a photoshoot, a dinner date, etc that your team can get together and make in person connections! Obviously all of your affiliates aren't going to live in the same area as you but some will and it's so fun to meet the locals! I've done a few of these and they are always the BEST!
4. TIP 3 I N C E N T I V E S / C O N T E S T I love doing ambassador contests, I'll send out a mass email to all of them on the first day of the month saying we'll be doing a contest for that month. Whoever does the most in sales gets a $100 bonus or if you sell X then you get Y.. such a good way to get sales and have fun with your girls!
