  1. So to recap: The law of attraction This law is

    a mirror of our self worth and mindset. You’re surrounded by the outcome of decisions you’ve made in the past and are fully capable of making other decisions and attracting a different set of circumstances in the present and future. At any time you can change your outlook and mindset to start attracting what you want into your life. The law of vibration Everything in the universe has a frequency and vibration. Nothing ever stands still, everything is either being pushed away or pulled toward something. Items of a similar vibration are attracted to each other, so to use this law to manifest your desires, you must match your vibration with what you want.
  2. The law of attraction and the law of vibration work

    together, hand in hand. When people say they manifested something, or in other words “attracted '' something into their lives, all they did was become an energetic match for whatever that thing was. Because everything has a frequency, right?
  3. how do you feel most of the time? How do

    you spend your time? Things that make you feel good, happy, light, and energetic are things of high vibe. Things that make you feel sad, depressed, scared, etc are all things of a low vibe. SO WHAT IS YOUR VIBE?
  4. EXAMPLE #1: YOU DESIRE A HAPPY + HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP What

    are some qualities of a good relationship? Mutual Respect, Loyalty, Honesty, Love, Transparency, TRUST, COMMUNICATION, ETC. SO if this is what you want, how can you start to call in these qualities in yourself, today? how can you practice respect, loyalty, honesty, love, transparency, trust, communication, etc?
  5. EXAMPLE #2: YOU DESIRE $10,000 A MONTH What does someone

    making $10,000 a month do every single day? What are their daily habits? Who do they hangout with? MAYBE THEY GO TO THE GYM, EAT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING, GO TO SLEEP AT A DECENT HOUR, DRESS A LITTLE BETTER, STAND A LITTLE TALLER, SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE, ETC. SO if this is what you want, how can you start to call in these qualities in yourself, today? maybe you can GO TO THE GYM, EAT BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING, GO TO SLEEP AT A DECENT HOUR, DRESS A LITTLE BETTER, STAND A LITTLE TALLER, SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE, ETC.
  6. Whatever you want in life is possible if you can

    decide what it is that you want, and then visualize the person who already has success in that thing.. and match that energy.
  7. JOURNAL PROMPTS: 1). WHAT IS MY VIBE? (IDENTIFY IT HONESTLY

    SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO CHANGE) 2). WHAT DO I DESIRE? 3). FROM THAT, IMAGINE SOMEONE ELSE ALREADY WHO HAS ALREADY ACHEIVED THAT.. WHAT ARE THEIR QUALITIES, HABITS, FRIENDS, ENVIRONMENT, ETC. 4). WHAT CAN I DO TODAY TO CALL THAT IN?
