Self-Serviceability- Taking it Up a Notch!

Akamai has been working on several fronts to enable higher levels of self-serviceability for our customers. In this session, you'll learn about some of the new tools and features to help you get the most of your Akamai services. We’ll introduce our newly launched Onboard & Configuration Assistant (OCA) that combines the sophistication and power of the Akamai platform with ease of use. You'll also learn about our new Custom Behaviors feature that enables you to self-service your advanced metadata. And finally, we’ll deep dive into some of the lesser known but highly effective features of Property Manager. By the end of the session, you'll understand some simple yet powerful techniques that will enable you to improve web performance, protect your site, and enhance user experience using the ONE-click, ready-to-use features of Property Manager.
