  3. 3 Scholarly research is Structured, Systematic and Planned. These adjectives

    have no substantive meaning. Their significance depends on the way we define them. Scholarly research is not inherently structured, systematic and structured. Its structured-ness, systematic-ness and planned-ness depends on the enactment of some, field- specific, established and agreed-upon practices. In social sciences, literature review one of those practices. Berger, A. A. (2015).
