4. Why? We are part of a larger partnership in Angus with a significant common interest: our people; our economy; our place Our collective, our whole is much more productive than the sum of parts

6. Mind, heart & will Opening the mind - to challenge our assumptions Opening our heart - to be vulnerable and truly hear one another Opening the will - to let go of pre-set goals and agendas and see what is really needed and possible
7. Change Real change starts with recognising that we are part of the system we need to change. As a powerful Board what are we warmly and respectfully asking for? How will we know when we have it?
8. What? We must acknowledge the value of collaborating organisations and citizens to jointly develop solutions
9. How? By shifting our collective focus away from reactive problem solving to co- creating our future
