It's a human-centric, empathy-driven approach to solve problems with out-of-the-box thinking.
In this talk, we'll go over what Design Thinking is, what it looks like for Developers, and how to put it into practice with the help of Design Thinking workshops.

10. What is Design Thinking?
11. An iterative process in which we seek to understand humans, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems. The What The Why To identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with our initial level of understanding.
12. Humans naturally develop patterns of thinking modeled on repetitive activities and commonly accessed knowledge.
13. These assist us in quickly applying the same actions and knowledge in similar situations, but they also prevent us from developing new ways of seeing, understanding and solving problems, i.e. thinking out-of-the-box. ‍♂
