2. How to Come 如何過來 1. Coming From HK Airport : - Take Airport Bus , Route A22 , get down at 3rd Station, Shanghai Street – Jordan Road - Take Airport Express to Kowloon station , then change Taxi or shuttle bus to Jordan http://www.hkairportexpress.com/en/easy-shuttle-bus.php - By Taxi , around 25 min , max carry 4-5 person with 3-4 luggage - By airport transfer , please advise us if you need the pick up service 1. 由機場過來 - 可坐機場巴士A22 , 在第三個站 上海街-佐敦道下車 - 坐機場鐵路到九龍站，再轉乘的士或免費巴士到佐敦 http://www.hkairportexpress.com/en/easy-shuttle-bus.php - 乘坐的士，最多只可以坐4-5人，最多3-4件行李 - 你可考慮我們的機場接送服務，詳細可以向我們查詢

4. How to come from Jordan MTR station – step by step 1. Find Exit C2 , go up from the station, when you go outside, you will see 7-11 Convenience Store in front of you. 2. Then keep walking along to the way of 7-11, it should be Bowrings Street. And keep walking until to the 4th block then make a right. It should be Temple street . 3. Keep walking along Temple Street , then walk to then end of the Temple street before arrive Jordan Road. You will see the Liberty Mansion will at your right hand side. How to come if you take Airport Bus A22 – step by step 1. Get down at Shanghai Street – Jordan Road. ( You should see 7-11 at the bus stop) 2. Then walk to the way of the bus until the next Block , cross the road to the opposite side, and you will see “Mannings Store”. Then turn left , you will see the other road and need to cross the road , keep walking to the first block of road, it should be Temple street 3. Then turn right and then you will see Liberty Mansion is at your left hand side.

6. Other things to note: Ø How to operate the water heater: The water heater need to press the button outside the bathroom Check in and out: Check in : Our check in time is at 15:00. If you want to put your luggage , the earliest time can only at 12:00noon. But the apartment may be not ready and not yet finish cleaning. 入住時間﹕我們的一般入住時間為15:00，如你需要提早放行李，請先預早通知，最早可以給你12:00 放在房子內，但一般房子都未清潔完成的，請不要介意 Ø Check out: Our check out time is fixed at 10:00am 退房時間﹕我們退房的時間為上午10:00 Ø Check out procedure: For check out, kindly put the 2 sets of keys on the table and switch off all electric appliance, i.e. Air Conditioner, Water heater...etc!~~ Text me a message and you may leave ^^ Latest check out time is 10am (except if you already paid the late check out fee before). Close the door but No need to lock^^ Again, Remember do not wait your friends in the lobby ^^ 友情提醒：有關退房很簡單啊～請把2套鑰匙放在桌子上，關掉所有電視，冷氣機，熱水爐等。再發 我一個信息就可以離開了。一般退房時間是早上10點（除了之前已支付了延遲退房費）。請關上門 就好了，無需鎖定。再次提醒：切記不要在大堂等待^^ If you lost the key or key card, then each set will charge HKD300 for the loss 如有遺失，每套匙或卡會收取HKD300

8. - No smoking is allowed , otherwise, I will charge you HKD1500. (Hope you understand, I am care about your health) - Do not use my towels as a carpet. Be more considerate to other people. - And this is a private residential building, please kindly be considerate to the neighborhood and follow the culture of HK, lower the voice after 10pm at night ^^ - Please turn off the lights, water heater, and air conditioning after you leave for safety and energy saving reasons. Especially the air-con will be overheat and cause fire hazard - late check in after 21:00, additional charge of HKD200 (and after mid-night , HKD300 ) will be applied as late check in charge - Our check out time is fixed on 11am. If you would like to check out later than this time, please contact me to check the availability and need to confirm 1 day before. And HKD300 will be charged for extend the check out time to 1700 (5pm) - After you check in , if you need our service to come again and open the door (e.g. for to bring the key or need to pick up your member ) , we will charge HKD200/time - Once you confirm the booking, cannot shorten the staying period and decrease no. of guest. - Please keep my apartment clean and tidy. After you cooking inside the apartment , please wash all the dishes and clear all the garbage everyday. The garbage can be put to the back stairs , usually have a big garbage bin behind the back door. If after you check out, the dishes do not wash or the garbage not throw and accumulate inside the apt until you check out, we will charge you extra cleaning fee of HKD300.
9. - 嚴禁在房子及大廈內吸煙，如被管理員投訢及發現在屋內吸煙，會向你收取HKD1500作為清取煙咪的 費用 （我都是擔心你的健康） - 請不要用我們提供的毛巾放在地上用作吸水之用，我們是另有地巾提供的，請為其他人著想 - 由於本大廈是私人住宅，請不要在晚上10時大聲喧嘩，及在房子內都要保持安靜 - 請不在家的時候把所有電及冷氣都關掉，不只是環保的關係，也是由於如電力負荷不到，尢其是冷氣 長期開著會過熱而引致火警 - 我們入住的時間至晚上9點，如晚上9時候入住，我會將會收取HKD200 , 如零晨後入住，會收取HKD300 - 我們退房的時間為早上的11時正，如延遲退房，我們會收取HKD300, 可以延至下午5點，我們只可以退 房前一天確實你可否延遲退房的 - 如你入住後要求我們過來開門，（例如忘記帶匙或要為你們另一位朋友安排入住及開門），我們會另 外收取HKD200費用 - 如你已確定預訂，之後不能縮減入住時期及入住人數 - 再次提醒，請保持屋內的地方整潔，如你們煮食後，請洗回所有的煮食用具，及每天都要自行掉垃圾 到後樓梯的垃圾桶內。如退房後發現有未清的煮食用具或將所有垃圾存放在屋內，那我們會收取 HKD300 作為額外的清潔費用的。(請把垃圾袋綁好才放在後樓梯的垃圾桶內）
