Achievements — CP policy was adopted in August 2014 — Employees, consultants, advisors, volunteers and board members have to sign and adhere to the policy — Contractors have to sign on and follow to the policy — The statement has been expressed in all advertisements including job advertisement and recruitment process — Contract, orient to new staff and refresh — Child protection policy has been gradually mainstreamed in all policies, procedures, and conducts of NGOF — IEC materials and publications are produced in the child protection sensitivity
3. Challenges — The positive impact to the last beneficiaries maybe hard to see as the NGOF does not work direct with children — Limited understanding on CP implementation - We have not yet received any capacity building related to CP
4. Planning — Consider child protection as cross-cutting issues in the NGOF’s programs in order to serve the best interest of children — Encourage partners and networks to end child abuse through the adoption of child protection policy — we will not only understand our child protection policy but also ensure its implementation in their day-to-day activities. — We behave in a manner that preserves the dignity, respect and equality of every individual.
