ACR/CA     ACR/CA  commits  itself  crea3ng  and  maintaining  an  environment   which  promotes  its  core  values  and  prevents  abuse  and   exploita3on.     ACR/CA  Interven3on:       Ø Child  protec3on  policy   Ø Code  of  conduct   Ø Complaint  procedure,  structure  of  report  and  preven3ng  ac3on.     Ø Orienta3on  &  training  on  child  protec3on  to  staffs  and  partners.         Ø Focal  person  responsible  for  child  protec3on.   Ø Apply    policy  into  staff  recruitment  process.   Ø Staff  agree  and  sign  on  child  protec3on  policy.

ACR/CA     ACR/CA  Interven3on  (cont.)     Ø Require  partners  to  fulfill  the  condi3on  of  agreement  by   suppor3ng  and  implemen3ng  ACR/CA  principle,   including  child  protec3on  and  policy  development.   Ø Provide  technical  support  to  partners  (develop      policies   and  implementa3on).     Ø Observe  and  take  ac3on  of  abuse  and  exploita3on   cases.   Ø   Support  children  (  school  materials  and  uniform,   voca3onal  training,  school  building  ….).      
4.  Partners   •  Partners  have  child  protec3on  policies.  
5.  Partners   •  Put  the  policy  into  ac3on  (  code  of  conduct,   complaint  procedure,  structure  of  report  and   preven3ng  ac3on.     •  Involve  in  child  protec3on  network  at   commune  level.   •  Conduct  awareness  on  child  protec3on  to   communi3es.   •   Inform  and  follow  up  cases
