    what we do: 1. Coordinate to all national and international staffs to complete the training by using Training Module (Online Training and face to face training) 2. Tools we use: Acknowledgement, Code of conduct and Alternative process training. 3

    Response: Integrated Trauma Care and UXO Risk Education in High Risk Communities Project (WRA) Target area: Xaibouathong and Boualapha districts. Key partnership: MOES, PES, DEBS, MOH, CMR Key activities: Develop Community Maps, Train Village Health Volunteers and Village First Responder, MRE for highly contaminated UXO villages, 4

    Engaging All in Primary School Project (LEAPS) Target area: 317 schools in 6 district, Savannakhet province. More than 35,000 childrens. Key partnership: MOES, USDA, PES, DEBS, MOH, CMR Key activities: Providing meal at primary schools, Building Rehabilitation, Teacher Training in IE, Child Center Teaching Method. 5

    Learn Project (RtL) Target area: 51 primary schools in 40 villages, Xaibouathong district. Key partnership: MOES, AusAID, PES, DEBS, MOH, CMR and district hospital. Key activities: TOT, Training for teachers, Principal and VEDC, Teachers Exchange Visit, Training for Rehabilitation, Community Awareness Raising, Teaching and Learning Monitoring and Provide Assistive Divices 6  
  7. Our  successes  on  Child  Protec.on   1. All CRS Laos’s

    staff completed the training on Child Protection 90% Outcome: Staff understand Child Protection Policy, Report procedure and sign related documents for record. 2. The Child Protection Policy is guidance for CRS staff be a good performance when we work in local community, partner, consultant, especially “Children and Woman”. 3. Encourage women attend the project activities training more than 30% in every village we work with. 4. Protection Focal Point monthly meeting in every month for report and up date the child protection planning, experiences… 5. HR officer included the child protection on the recruitment process and orientation 7
