Personal Introduction -­‐  Started  with  SRD  in  2010   -­‐  Background  in  English  teaching   -­‐  Work  experience  with  Government  orgs  and  NGOs  with   child  focus  such  as  Plan  Int’l,  WVI   -­‐  In  charge  of  PWD/CWD  projects  at  SRD   -­‐  Assigned  to  act  as  team  leader  of  taskforce    
2. ABOUT  SRD  CPP   1-­‐  A  task  force  of  4  members  was  set  up  in  April  2013  and   the  CPP  was  draOed,  finalized  and  put  into   implementaRon  aOer  the  first  workshop  in  July  2013.   2-­‐  Organize  3  training  workshops  with  parRcipaRon  of  SRD   staff,  advisory  board  members  and  its  project  partners  to   finalize  the  CPP.   3-­‐  Mainstream  the  CPP  into  SRD’s  Program  Manual  and   Projects,  monitor,  evaluate  and  annually  report.        
3. CPP  INTEGRATION   The  CPP  was  developed  as  a  separate  official  document  of  SRD,   however,  other  policies  and  programme  manuals,  for  instance   HR  manual  and  Programme  manual  of  SRD  have  been  reviewed   under  the  lens  of  CPP,  and  the  principles  of  CPP  have  been   integrated  in  to  those  policies/manuals.  Like  other  SRD   manuals,  CPP  is  wri]en  in  both  English  and  Vietnamese,  and   annually  updated  if  there  is  any  change  of  Law  and  current   regulaRons.   -­‐ Child  safe  recruitment  and  screening  processes   -­‐ Code  of  conduct  signed  applicable  to  all  contractors/ consultants/trainers
