Do you open a banana from the stem or use it as a handle? Did you know there was even a different way? You probably eat a banana one way and assume everyone else does the same. In a similar way, we build software and assume everyone interacts the same way. But users aren’t like you or me. The reality is that I am not the average user. You are not the typical user.
