great   team  building  ac:vity!   2.  Easy  way  to  fundraise  without  asking  for   dona:ons.     3.  It’s  FREE  to  list  on  College  Canvas.   Our bulldog statue asks, “Why not!?”
  3. How? We strive to keep selling simple! 1.  Each  group

member  that   will  be  lis:ng  needs  to   “Request  an  Invite”  in  order  to   create  an  account.
  4. 2.  Once  you  create  an  account   and  log-‐in,  click

groups.     3.  For  the  administrator  to   create  a  new  group,  click  “new   group”
  5. 4.  Create  Group!     Be  sure  to  enter  the

EMAIL  address  that  is   linked  to  a  paypal   account  that  will   receive  the  money  for   the  group!
  6. 5.  Manage  Group   The  admin  can  add  any  member

who  has  made  a  College  Canvas   account.     Then,  any  member  can     add  new  items  to  sell!
  7. Tips and Tricks! •  Designate a shipping day: Don’t overwhelm

yourself with filling orders as they arrive! Bring all the shipping materials you need to your meetings or on a day you plan to ship, and prepare each order on that day. Be sure to mention on your page when items ship, so your customers are not wandering. • Fill orders as a group: You don’t want to risk having a member forget to ship an item by having multiple people responsible for different items. Have a designated member in charge of shipping or prepare packages at weekly group meetings. • Sell remaining inventory at your end of semester event: We want to see you raise as much money as possible for your organization or charity! So, if you have an event at the end of the year, sell remaining items in-person, such as a marathon event!
  8. DIY Fundraisers •   Bracelets   • Key  chains   • Earrings
