The Dressage team kicked off fall break with a show on Saturday at JWU and came in 4th with 10 points!
Quinn started off the day at first level with a harmonious ride on Fiesta earning her a 7th place finish! I was up next on Lily who was graciously shipped in by UMASS. The ride was all about creating some stretch and we strutted our way to a 4th place finish.
Next up in Upper Madigan rode Fuero, who despite his name was not full of fire, but Madigan worked tirelessly to motivate him and saw great results with a 2nd place finish!! I would say no one physically worked harder than Madigan yesterday!
In lower we had two riders making their IDA test riding debut!! First up was Elsa on the adorable Nugget! Elsa worked hard to get Nugget going without resistance and earned a 7th place finish! Evie was next up on Hercules, Hercules was resistant to turning at the canter and going towards home he unfortunately saw an opportunity to make an unplanned exit from the ring. Evie gracefully finished her test but was sadly eliminated.
Toni rounded out the day in Intro with the lovely hunter mare named Darcy! Toni did an excellent job of finding the forward button on Darcy and rode to a 5th place finish!
