Operating LeanAI requires a radical shift in team topologies. We must move from functional silos to mission-oriented teams led by a new role: the AI Agent Orchestrator.
Workforce safety is enforced through the Context Wall—a 4-layer validation system that shields the enterprise from risks in:
1. Security: Protecting against unauthorized access and injections.
2. Privacy: Ensuring GDPR compliance and data anonymization.
3. Ethics: Mitigating bias and ensuring fairness.
4. Compliance: Enforcing adherence to the EU AI Act.
Transformation follows a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) progression model, moving safely from generative AI (suggestions) to agentic AI (execution with oversight). This progression is the only way to build workforce readiness for a regulated environment.
