I am a designer, researcher, educator, and mentor. Throughout my career, I have worked on projects for companies such as IBM, AT&T, Ogilvy, and Symantec. At heart, I like to study people and behaviors. From leading projects and teams, I have discovered new techniques for bringing together multidisciplinary teams and divergent stakeholders into the research and design process.
