We leverage our insights on the demand of hospitality industry and analyze the habits of a significant number of hotel guests to ensure that the MindCon guest room control system will provide great user experience for designers, owners, construction contractors, operators and end users. Automatic report generation including switch function table, equipment list and terminal wiring table while modifying MindCon Tools design based on function demands, makes room-control tasks easier, time-saving as well as flexible for changes. MindCon Tools guide user to select room type and connection method of functions with a simple tick. This enables user to complete terminal allocation and and output terminal wiring table with just a button. This software provides great flexibility for frequent design changes and increases control accuracy and efficiency. Meanwhile, it's very easy to learn and use. Two-wire terminal connection is polarity insensitive for both power and communications, thus effectively prevents equipment from damage during maloperation. All projects' design files including each room-type design, logical function relationship, equipment list and switch function table are stored in Mindcon Tools with easy access. The thermostat is equipped with Honeywell’s exclusive Sylk bus for easy maintenance. Expanded I/O modules can automatically download application programs from the main controller, thereby reducing the need for re-loading program with equipment change. Different levels of administration authority allow various functional departments to monitor room status in an orderly manner and respond to different management requirements.
