I have valuable experience of 33 years in the field of; Personnel Management Instructorship, test development, personnel selection, personality assessment, clinical psychology and research. At present I have 13 research publications on; “ psycho social issue and academic achievement / training, moral issues of youth, morale & motivation, personality assessment techniques, assessment of religious extremism/ terrorist mind set and risk factors etc”. These research papers have been published in different National and International journals. Moreover, I have compiled approximately 25x Research/ Analysis reports related to; personnel assessment, training and personality issues, which could not be published due to official reasons.
