8. Pay’N’Go Service: Card Order • The ordering of cards is carried out online. • The issuer (the bank) creates the card numbers and orders personalized cards from the manufacturer. The administrator is informed of the card numbers corresponding to each cardholder. • Before distribution of the card, the administrator communicates to the cardholder that he will receive a card in the next few days, its purpose, the initial value of the funds on the card (zero), and the procedure for use of the card. • The administrator will also inform the cardholder each time the card is credited (including the amount credited and the date of the credit)

Pay’N’Go Service: Card Delivery • Cards are sent to members separately from PIN codes. • Cards and PIN codes are sent by the manufacturer directly to the member. • Cards are mailed accompanied with procedures and instructions. • Execution time for delivery of cards and PIN codes is normally 5 to 10 working days.
10. Pay’N’Go Service: Card Activation • Upon first use of the card, the card is activated by the administrator online, by indicating the card number, full name, address, and the date of birth of the cardholder for ID verification.

Condition: suficient funds have to be available on the “funding account” (bank account open at bank for this purpose). Weekly reporting: Each week the payer receives a full “Card Activity” report, which includes: • “Card Orders & Delivery” report : List of cards ordered and shipped to members (cardholder name, date of card order, card number, date card is shipped to member, date PIN code is shipped to member). • “Card Activations &Transactions” report: List of cards activated (cardholder name, card number, date of activation) and transactions (dates and amounts of each transaction, balance of funding account). • “Card Stock Management” report : Number of Cards available in Stock – Request for renewal.
