  10. As a general rule…
You cannot use the Charging APIs for physical goods
(at least not yet or not directly).
You cannot use the APIs for gambling or activities that
    are considered illegal or “immoral”
Use your best judgment in charging, these are now
YOUR customers. Malicious intent will not be
    tolerated.
Direct re-sale is discouraged but you can “build on
top” of the APIs for new services

  11. For enterprise developers,
    consultants, freelancers and
    “the I.T. guy/gal”
Feel free to use the APIs in your application.
Pay-as-you-go when you or your company use
a telco service (sms/voice). Revenue from your
blood and sweat or your own customers are
    your own (of course).

  12. For marketers and
    advertisers
If you want to monetize via ads but using telco
services, you can BUT you need the subscriber
to give consent. Ad revenue is your own and
just pay-as-you-go for any telco service you’re
    using.

  13. For mobile app developers or
    folks in the OTT space
In-app or charge per download is allowed and
encouraged given the small percentage of the
population with credit cards. BE FAIR TO
YOUR USERS. We assume that you will be able
    to deliver on your promises.

  14. For traditional VAS
    developers
Your pricing and profit margin are your own
choice. Manage telco costs efficiently. Again,
BE FAIR TO YOUR USERS. We assume that
you will be able to deliver on your promises.
    Use subscription models cautiously.
