  1. Core audience? • The core (main) audience are pre-teen to

17 year old girls who like fashion, bright girly colours, and in general are very feminine. • They are usually into songs about love and break-ups but also enjoy a good beat too. • The same girls who are into Cheryl Cole, Little Mix and Ariana Grande will enjoy our artist and the music video
  2. Wider audience? • Just because the core audience is teenage

girls doesn’t mean our artist can’t appeal to our types of audiences. • For example, young boys (teens) could feel interested in our artist because she will be visualised to look beautiful and visually appealing. • Although our artist will be quite girly and feminine with the way she dresses and acts, she won’t be overly feminine. So this allows her to possibly appeal to girls who can enjoy sports and some masculine activities too. They are known as tom boys.
  3. How will our video appeal to our audiences? • Our

video will be based around a youthful theme, which straight away appeals to all of our audience who are all teens or a bit older. • Our artist will be dressed like most teens dress nowadays, almost allowing our audience to feel involved. E.g. jeans, vibrant tops, hip shoes. • Our video could also appeal to anyone who wants to be in a music video or make something to similar it. They may feel inspired or gain some sort of reassurance and confidence that they can do the same, because people of their age are doing so.
