Squiffy Scottish Scrimmage

When Gordon Ramsey's daughter Tilly (a food influencer) comes across a popular Rainbow Bagel trend on Instagram, Gordon is flabbergasted by how something seemingly so silly could possibly be a worthwhile dish. In response, his daughter challenges him to create a dish that could best the popularity of the Rainbow Bagel. In attempt to create a dish from the heart, or from the heartland of Scotland, he experiments a bit too much with traditional Scottish ingredients such as Scotch, and ends up creating the dish he was trying to avoid and changes his mind about what constitutes a good dish.
