Moving from beginner to a junior developer

Understanding the growth of the African tech ecosystem; and Nigeria as a case study. I spoke about the challenges beginner developers face while coming into the tech ecosystem. From the lack of resources to the various other Nigerian factors.
I also spoke about the nonprofit #Laptops4Developers program and how we are using it to support budding developers into tech by providing Laptops, mentorship, courses and access to tech hubs to provide internet, co-learning space and electricity.
