DevFest Accra - What do Success Stories and Soft skills have in common?

Many techies, especially women in tech, experience common challenges as they navigate this industry. We hear a few success stories and it motivates us to keep thriving despite the challenges. I will be sharing my personal journey in this talk by answering questions like, "Is networking for everybody?" "How do I negotiate for a better salary?"
I will also do a deep dive on interviews and how to communicate effectively in the workplace as an Android developer.
