  1. Hero Site Builder Edits Customer User Experience We go through

different sections of an admins user experience + provide comments/edits to help drive a more intuitive UX that gets us closer to the Speaker Deck presentations we put together.
  2. #1: User selects "Campaigns" Starting the edits when a Hero

admin user selects the "Campaigns" quick nav - the end-user will be prompted into a screen that displays all of their site builds, with data visualization displays about the specific campaign/site build stats. The next screens will provide edits, starting with the admin user experiences after they select the "Campaigns" widget below. The next slide provides the Speaker Deck user experience for viewing all of the users "Campaign Builds" - and follows with slides that provide comments/edits.

change this verbiage to be changed from " Fundraising Campaigns" to read " Your Campaign Builds" Below that, can we change " Campaign List Management" to read " Manage Your Online Campaigns" Below is a depiction of the edits that will make the admin user experience more intuitive when viewing a list of all campaign builds Can we change this verbiage to be changed from " Fundraising Campaigns" to read " Your Campaign Builds" Below that, can we change " Campaign List Management" to read " Manage Your Online Campaigns" When an admin user selects "Delete" - there needs to be a pop-up allowing the admin user to confirm they want to delete a site build. Question? Where do deleted site builds go? I accidentally deleted one by selecting delete... The admin user should be able to click on the "Campaign Name" and not have to click the edit widget....in order for the app to bring the admin user to that campaign e.g if the admin user clicks any of the names "Team Kids" - "Cancer" - Best Buy 4 Kids"...etc. the admin user should be moved into that campaign page within Hero. The next page overviews the admin user moving into the home page of a campaign build the admin user selects. of their campaigns, they are then prompted to that campaign's home page. The next slide is a depiction of the intuitive user experience that we previously built out (Speaker Deck), for admin users to engage with the campaign's home page + options to view its campaign stats, configure the site build, configure the campaign settings, and more.

via our Speaker Deck & what we are looking at in the Hero application today, the next screens are edits to a Campaign's Home Page that provide the user experience we need for our admin users.

Top left will list the name of the campaign the client admin user clicked on. Directly to the right of the name should be an option for the client admin user to click the live link which will pop up the live site build in another browser. We need to add the ability for the admin user to always be able to click on their live URL to visualize in another browser. " Open Hero Site Builder" should always exist on a campaign's home page for an admin user to immediately get right into the Hero CMS to edit their site. Below that should read the name of the campaign the client admin user selected + "Campaign Configuration" with a toggle option on the right side of the header for the client admin user to change the data visualization stats via month, quarter, etc. Below the data visualization will live back- end basic campaign editing for the client admin user. The next screen is a continuation of questions/comments for basic back-end campaign editing/config displayed to the left. 9. Questions - Quick Configs on Campaign Homepage Using a screen

scrape from the Hero application, by clicking on the " Team Kids Campaign" to configure the campaign as the admin user. Below and to the right are questions as this section has a lot of work and is not intuitive to the admin user once they are on the campaign home page for quick config options. #1: What is "Campaign Donor Auth System"?: An avg admin user will not understand this and neither do I. Can we discuss why this is needed and/or how we can make it more intuitive? #2: Tax %: I believe this means adding a percentage to add on top of the credit card fees. This should live underneath "Campaign Configurations" (overview of this in a later screen) #3: Campaign Currency: This should live underneath "Campaign Configurations" (overview of this in a later screen). Question? I don't see a way for the campaign to offer multiple currency options of the single campaign - how can the admin add e.g. USD, CAD, AUS currency accepted in this campaign? #4: PayPal Client ID, PayPal Secret ID, Stripe Key, Stripe Secret: The admin should not be setting up the payment gateway on the campaign homepage - this will live underneath the "Campaign Configurations". The admin user should be able to select one or more already connected gateways (populated via drop down if multiple gateways are already connected) - to apply to the campaign. Question? Setting up a gateway seems cumbersome for an admin user. Can we discuss what the application is needing here, and how we better describe it to the admin user + provide a seamless user experience that automatically connects their gateway(s) with ease? Along with moving the setting up of a gateway to the "Campaign Configurations" section, we need to chat through how the admin user will set up their gateway(s) to make it easy. Note: The admin user should be able to click inside of any selected box to make real-time edits via text edit, drop down options, calendar configuration, etc. It is a small but intuitive uplift to not have the admin user have to select the "edit widget" to make and save a configuration. Any field/box that is editable should allow for the user to click and edit without selecting the paper/pencil icon.
  10. Hero Site Builder When an admin user clicks "Hero Site

Builder" inside of their campaign's home page (continuing with Run the Rock in this example) - we will deliver edits/comments in the screens below. The next slide provides edits to the user experience starting with how we want the user experience to go vs how the admin user experience exists in the Hero application today.

If the option is a drop down, the client admin will select from the options available - saving automatically. The client admin user should not have to ACTUALLY click the edit button to edit config options in real time. The client admin user should not HAVE to complete all of these fields to move on. These configurations can be edited at any point pre-campaign launch, or even during a live campaign. - NOTE: if a client org has already set up a payment gateway for previous campaigns, we should always default to that payment gateway, -If this is the first campaign a client organization is launching, adding a payment gateway should be a notified step for a client organization admin to finalize before publishing a site build. This (or any configuration here) should NOT stop the admin user from being able to build a full site experience. Below the basic campaign configuration will live the "Quick Navigation Configuration" visual widgets as you built out. These need to match the user experience of the visual widgets in Sprint 1 and displayed here to the left via icon styles, font styles, and color schemes. clicks "Hero Site Builder" while not in a campaign (but from the home Hero console) - a lot of the same in the above applies. The admin user will be navigated to the "Hero Site Builder Home" - where the same widgets will be listed for the admin user to click. We will walk through edits to the existing admin user experience for complete site configuration in the slides below. 15. Top navigation Banner Section #1 Section #2 Section #3 Footer

Donate page When an admin clicks "Open Hero Site Builder" to creates a site from scratch - we still want Hero Site Builder to provide a shell for the customer to build into. What we will do once the Hero application is complete - is build a mock site build that will have vague/limited branding that will give the admin user shell site build to work off of/edit. For now, we will use placeholders to show the admin user the outline of a standard site build via Top Navigation, Banner, 3-sections, and a footer. The Hero Site Builder should render 6 sections (e.g. to the left) to give the admin user a starting block to create a site from scratch. At any point, the admin user can delete, move around, or personalize the pre-defined blank sections. Description of each section below with the next slide providing a visual of the foundational shell for when an admin user is building a new site experience by clicking " Open Hero Site Builder" #1: Header (or Top Navigation): This is where a customer will typically inject the logo(s) for the campaign and also activate headers for pages e.g. Home, About Us, Donate, Survivor Stories, FAQs, Learn More, etc. #2: Banner: This is where a customer will typically inject the larger image and add text over the top that is the main marketing asset for their online site experience. #3: Section #1: This is a section of the body where the customer will typically inject information about the online campaign. The admin will add things like images, videos, text, social media sharing, blog-style posts, buttons, call to action (CTAs), color schemes, and so much more. #4: Section #2: This is a section of the body where the customer will typically inject information about the online campaign. The admin will add things like images, videos, text, social media sharing, blog-style posts, buttons, call to action (CTAs), color schemes, and so much more. #5: Section #3: This is a section of the body where the customer will typically inject information about the online campaign. The admin will add things like images, videos, text, social media sharing, blog-style posts, buttons, call to action (CTAs), color schemes, and so much more. #6: Footer: This is a section at the bottom of the site experience where the customer/admin will inject things like their logo(s), social media images and links, links to privacy policy, their address, and more.
