  5. DIALOGUES It is pretty cool ... but visibility was still

    not great ... and spaghetti was everywhere

  6. WHAT OTHERS WERE DOING WHILE WE BUILT VUMI GO

  7. RAPIDPRO / TEXTIT They saw Vumi Go ... and decided

    to make their own dialogues!

  8. WHAT RAPIDPRO GOT RIGHT: Focus Process UX

  9. WHAT RAPIDPRO GOT WRONG: No USSD They still have spaghetti

    Much less flexibility for developers

    developer tools. New ideas: Local installs, shared services.

    service designers ... deprecating some of the SoW process

  15. JUNEBUG Just channels ... for developers ... but hopefully getting

    a simple UI for testing and QA
