© 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 5
© 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 6
All rights reserved. 7
All rights reserved. 8
“Every component in a harness encodes an assumption about what the model can't do on its own … those assumptions … can quickly go stale as models improve. When new models arrive … re-examine a harness, stripping away pieces that are no longer load-bearing to performance.” Anthropic, “Harness design for long-running application development” (2026-03) © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 9
10. 根拠② : 洗練された装備はタスクの完遂性能を向上する 装備の種別 モデル 結果 記憶を足す 同一 性能 +39% 、 Token 84% 削減 Token の削減は Context Editing で不要な情報を消すことで得られる memory tool + context editing ツールの説明文を整える 同一 タスク完了時間 40% 短縮 同一 49% → 74% (Opus 4) 79.5% → 88.1% (Opus 4.5) tool description の改善 ツールに索引を付ける Tool Search Tool モデルが変わっても整えられた装備はタスクの完遂に寄与する 出典 : Anthropic 内部評価 — Managing context on the Claude Developer Platform (2025-09) ／ Multi-agent research system (2025-06) ／ Advanced tool use (2025-11) © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. 11. © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. 14. All rights reserved. 14
Agent/顧客ごとの管理などがいるなら実装検討 © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. 19. MCP で実装する 2 つのツール note 140 字程度の学びを溜める © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. 22. create で はじめる MCP をつなぐ (この時点で記憶 は未作成) © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. All rights reserved. add
23. Demo 約 5 分で暗黙知 収集 MCP を 作成中・・・ © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 23
All rights reserved. 24
また、意味検索が Ready になるにも数分かかる © 2025, Amazon Web Services, Inc. or its affiliates. All rights reserved. 25
