How iterative development and Github will make you and your team happier

In this talk I explained shortly what is the concept behind the iterative development, how it helps teams to avoid unnecessary rework, organize a constant delivery flow and keep the product evolving. Briefly I speak about how get and analyze data to guide decisions of each iteration. To finish the talk I introduce some of the Github features that helps the teams during the iteration process (Mostly focused in Designers that aren't familiarized with git.).
