with E-Government COUNTRY CHARACTERISTIC USA 1. A sound legislative system. 2. Efficient management system 3. Reasonable implementation strategy 4. Scientific evaluation system JAPAN 1. Quadrupole Internet 2. Five infrastructure projects 1. Government agencies (central and local) 2. Interconnection of integrated administrative Internet 3. Online application and issuing procedures 4. 8. 8 Internet of Things (IoT) & 5G • IoT is

a concept of connecting any device to the Internet and to other connected devices. • 5G deliver higher multi-Gbps peak data speeds, ultra low latency, more reliability, massive network capacity and increased availability. • Both IoT & 5G provides uniform and better user experience to more citizens and e-government services.
  9. 11 Artificial Intelligence The intelligence demonstrated by machines is known

as Artificial Intelligence. AI can be used to assist members of the public to interact with government and access government services
  10. 12 Big Data Big data is a combination of structured,

semi structured and unstructured data collected by organizations that can be mined for information and used in machine learning projects, predictive modeling and other advanced analytics applications.

  13. 17 Digital Health Governance for digital health can be defined

as the exercise of political, administrative, and technical authority to manage everything associated with the health information system, in all areas of a national health system.
  14. 18 Smart Education Smart education is the process of comprehensively

and deeply using modern information technology to promote educational reform and development in the field of education (educational management, educational teaching and educational research)
  15. 22 Smart Cities 1. Smart Cities can use e-government platforms

to ensure that their institutions are increasingly inclusive, effective, accountable and transparent. Cities can also look to social media to engage citizens in participatory decision-making 2. In 2003, just 45 countries had a one-step gateway for citizens to access information, and only 33 countries provided online transactions. In 2016, we see that at least 90 countries now provide access to some kind of e-government platform.
  16. 23 Smart Citizen • Use online communities to rebuild neighborhood

relations and enhance citizens' awareness and activity. • Improve problems of insufficient data opening and sharing. • Give full play to the enthusiasm of enterprises and realize technological model innovation.
  17. 25 1 - Smart Transportation Smart Transportation, a key of

internet of things (IoT) vertical application, refers to the integrated application of modern technology and management strategies into transportation systems. It is all about the ability for technology to help make transportation safer and more efficient. The overarching goal of smart transportation initiatives is to provide public value and improve the quality of life for citizens in our communities. Also it can provide better management, safety, efficiency, security, environmental considerations and supply chain resiliency which are benefits that the general public, local governments, and the world at large can enjoy. 2 - Smart Industry Smart Industry (manufacturing) is defined as the fully-integrated, collaborative manufacturing systems that respond in real time to meet changing demands and conditions in the smart factory, the supply network, and customer needs. Smart industry is a synonym for Industry 4.0 or industrial transformation in the fourth industrial revolution within which smart manufacturing de facto fits. Also Industry, the manufacturing business, manufacturing companies and manufacturing processes are in full transformation. Smart Transportation, Smart Industry, Smart Agriculture
  18. 26 These are four focus areas that Government have to

identify as vital to the industrial sector’s ability to transform for good quality of the products: Industrial 4.0, Sustainable production, Industrial skills, Test bed 3 - Smart Agriculture Smart agriculture, defined as agricultural practices that sustainably improve production, resilience of production systems, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions is required to overcome climate extremes and variability. The term smart agriculture also refers to the usage of technologies like Internet of Things, sensors, location systems, robots and artificial intelligence on your farm. The ultimate goal is increasing the quality and quantity of the crops while optimizing the human labor used.
  19. 27 It is important to remember that, unlike many private

sector businesses which are pushing customers towards using electronic channels, governments have to be more inclusive and offer a choice of channels so that sub-groups of the population without access to electronic media are not disadvantaged. Despite these ongoing challenges, mobile technologies offer huge potential to represent mainstream government/citizen interaction. E-Government has done the groundwork for traditional Governance systems in terms of the fundamental taxonomies of information, modes of effective online presentation, and content production and management. Importance of Mobile Technology in E-Government
