Leaders with a sense of humor—any sense of humor, not even a good sense of humor—are 27 percent more motivating and inspiring. Their employees are 15 percent more engaged when they work with them.     problems, use Zeitgeist to overcome them. 3. Understand the market, and its Zeitgeist 4. Lots of frameworks are relying on a current problem to solve, what if you are looking for a problem to solve? Extend frameworks, Don’t rely. In an age of uncertainty, leaders are the north star for the team. In creating strategy, sometimes you take things out of the box.
