Two key pieces of the puzzle for a strong Member Identity The best communities contain Super Users and support Diverse Members LearnTogether Onboarding: Module 2 of 2 August 2021 SUPER USERS DIVERSITY Super Users are your community's most active members. It's important to think about who these people will be, so you can ensure you cater to and build relationships with them. While all members should retain some shared identity, the strongest communites are diverse by design. It's important to think about this from the early days: how is diversity defined in your community, and how would it be supported?

How will this community affect the lives of its members? How does the community describe its members? What profile might the community's most active members have? Onboarding: Module 2 of 2 August 2021 Shared traits: strong founder and venture- backable potential, early stage How it describes its members: non-cookie- cutter people with strong backgrounds and backable ideas Super Users: founders that become mentors and/or those who build massive companies Diversity: geographical and sector-specific diversity is welcomed at application MEMBER IDENTITY Founders with unique, relevant experiences who are in the early stages of building very promising businesses.

Shared traits: passion or curiosity for tech and Product-focused careers How it describes its members: "budding product managers" - aspiring and early career Super Users: those who become mentors after being successful, most active in the Slack, and attend the most events Diversity: geographical and focus (design, PM, technical, operations)
