Mike Lanyon is the VP of Engineering for Critical Mass, a digital advertising agency headquartered in Calgary, AB. Mike leads the technology group in the Chicago office as well as the Engineering practice globally. Mike is passionate about building great teams and systems and in his current role has been pursuing DevOps culture change at the agency. Outside work, Mike was a co-organizer of the inaugural DevOpsDays Chicago and is helping to organize the 2015 event.
