6. First job • Regular 9am - 6pm job • Work in team • Line of test > Line of code • High pressure • Toxic working environment
7. Second job • Previous company asked me to come back • Request to work in Singapore • Headcount is still under Hong Kong • Work remotely with Hong Kong team ( 6 to 1 ) • Still need to work in SG office • Time is more flexible ( 8am - ? )
8. Good Part • Little to none distraction • Flexible time ( only constraint is to arrive office before 9:30 ) • Less pressure
9. Bad Part • Offline Communication • Harder to focus on work ( mood swing ) • Loneliness • Harder to work in a team
10. How to mitigate • Exercise • Rest • Set short term goal • Come back to Hong Kong
