Dengan menerapkan metode Design Thinking maka kita dapat menemukan solusi yang dibutuhkan dengan lebih cepat dan tepat dengan tetap menggunakan metode yang holistic/menyeluruh.

6. Empathize Proses mendapatkan pemahaman empatik dari user mengenai masalah yang akan dipecahkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan
7. Define Proses menganalisa informasi yang diperoleh selama proses empathize untuk menentukan masalah inti yang akan diselesaikan
8. Ideate Proses mengumpulken ide – ide untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang telah ditetapkan di tahap define, kemudian akan dilakukan penyelidikan dan pengujian ide untuk menemukan cara terbaik dalam memecahkan masalah
9. Prototype Tahap ini berfungsi untuk menuangkan ide, solusi, produk ke dalam sesuatu yang dapat disentuh sehingga ide menjadi lebih konkret karena mereka dapat divisualisasikan ke sesuatu yang dapat dirasakan. Prototype ini dapat diujikan dalam skala kecil, biasanya internal tim

13. Emphatize Mencoba mengerti diri kamu sendiri 1. Aku suka ngerjain apa? 2. Apa sih hobiku? 3. Apa yang bisa menginspirasiku?
14. Define Kalau sudah menemukan apa yang disukai / yang mau dilakukan, mulai cari tahu lebih detail dan spesifik 1. Bagaimana caranya supaya aku bisa mencapai apa yang aku inginkan? 2. Tujuan dari passion aku apa ya?
15. Ideate Menggagaskan ide-ide yang bisa dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah. Alternatif yang bisa dilakukan : • Brainstorming • Brainwrite • Worst Possible Idea • SCRAMPER
16. Prototype Setelah menuliskan daftar ide – ide yang bisa dilakukan, saatnya untuk merealisasikannya. Ini adalah fase untuk bereksperimen agar dapat mengidentifikasi solusi terbaik. Contoh : 1. Ikut kursus 2. Diskusi
17. TEST Saatnya untuk melakukan check ulang mengenai proses tersebut, apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik apa belum 1. Aku senang ga dengan prosesnya? 2. Apakah yang aku lakukan membuat aku semakin mengerti tentang passionku?

Agile Agile adalah metode project manajement paling tepat pada proyek yang mendesak dengan kompleksitas dan kebaruan yang signifikan Kanban Kanban merupakan suatu metode manajemen untuk memvisualisasikan komunikasi dan pengendalian serangkaian aliran aktivitas di produksi sehingga memungkinkan semua orang untuk melihat aliran aktivitas tersebut dan menyesuaikannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
20. KANBAN Dalam bahasa Jepang berarti papan visual. Gunanya untuk mempermudah berkomunikasi mengenai pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan, kapan harus dikerjakan dan memaksimalkan hasil yang ingin dicapai.
