  1. Increasing Japan's GDP to create a society where we can

believe that tomorrow will be a better day. Japan is the only developed country where labor productivity is exceptionally low, and both GDP and real wages continue to decline. The anxiety about the future and the sense of stagnation that pervades the country are not unrelated to these economic conditions. We have established this mission with the desire to break through this sense of stagnation and create a society where everyone can naturally hold bright expectations for tomorrow. And we aim to achieve this mission through improving productivity in the service industry. Our Mission
  2. Enriching lives by enhancing productivity in the service industry. Looking

only at the service industry, Japan's labor productivity is half that of the United States. One major factor of this stagnation is the "ICT capital equipment rate," in other words, the difference in investment in software. MeetsMore creates excellent platforms and software that businesses use to increase Japan’s labor productivity and enrich people’s lives. 3. To boost productivity in the service industry the development of

outstanding products and services is essential While Japan's service industry labor productivity remains only half that of the United States, approximately 80% of Japanese SMEs report they have yet to engage in DX. SMEs facing labor shortages need products that are "simple" and "easy-to-use" which can be utilized even without dedicated IT personnel or systems administrators. 4. Through our three products, we persue to enhance productivity in

the service industry. We create products that meet global standards world-class products First, we offer "MeetsMore," a platform that automates customer acquisition and quoting. Next, we provide "ProOne," a SaaS solution that streamlines all aspects of business operations. MeetsMore aims to enhance Japan's productivity and realize a society where people can believe tomorrow will surely be a better day by "creating world-class products that Japanese people can use." To Improve Productivity
  5. 1 Calculating Backwards from the Ideal Three Concrete Action Guidelines

to Achieve Our Mission 2 Breaking Records Through Action 3 Simplifying with Technology We envision our ideals and chart the shortest path to realize them. We don’t settle for incremental “Kaizen,” but we work backward from our vision. By doing that, we unlock the bold leaps that define a true startup spirit. MeetsMore's Values Relentless action is key to achieving the extraordinary. We are committed to setting new records - both in effort and results - embodying the spirit of 'Guinness.' With action, we envision a future never imagined, where the impossible becomes possible. By leveraging technology, we create streamlined systems and optimized operations as simple as possible. This approach empowers both our users and ourselves to embrace new challenges, paving the way for even greater value creation for society.

  14. Issues ProOne Resolves 19
Field service providers* are facing many

issues, but cannot find a suitable solution. * Service providers dispatching workers to work-sites are called “field service providers.” Examples of this industry: electrical work, equipment installation and repair, remodeling, gardening and landscaping, moving, delivery and waste collection, pest control, and plumbing repair, etc. Low margin projects although engineers serve as sales at the same time Losing repeat opportunities because unable to manage client data. Sales Sales stagnation… Spending half day for paperworks after coming back to office Data entry done manually is hard work because of different systems for each business. Field Worker Inefficiency… Unable to know sales and balance until the end of the period, and turned out to red Operation is dependent on individual skills and “black-boxified.” Cannot check the data for coaching/teaching even though seeking for productivity increase. Mgmt Unclear business conditions… 1 2 3

2 🏃 Work Productively and Creatively 3 🗣 Dare to Communicate We are a startup. Let's deliver at a very fast pace by implementing product development in an agile style and dividing the project scope. This also makes project management easier. Delivering on time builds trust in the product team. To achieve this, take the necessary time for estimates and avoid making unrealistic commitments. MeetsMore is a company striving to increase labor productivity. Let's start with ourselves. As engineers, constantly think about ways to increase development speed. As designers, constantly think about ways to increase reusable designs. As a product team, constantly think about ways to release new features quickly. Most project issues can be resolved through communication. If you encounter issues with specifications, discuss them with the PM or the actual customer. If you encounter implementation issues, consult with teammates or raise them as agenda items in meetings. Product Headquarters Guiding Principles
  21. Our Appeal in Product Development Big Challenges MeetsMore aims to

estimate everything in the world, while ProOne seeks to boost Japan's GDP by streamlining the field service industry. Global Recruitment We operate a global development organization with teams composed of engineers from around the world, enabling product development from diverse perspectives. Approximately 50% of employees in the Product Division (the organization responsible for product development) are international members.

  23. Development Process Ideation and Improvement from Feedback Collect feedback using

JIRA and Notion, centrally managing all content. The Product Management (PdM) team shares and discusses feedback weekly. Requirement Definition (PM/PdM Team) Organize minor feature requirements using management tools. For major changes or new features, compile details into a PRD (Product Requirements Document). Create and share PRDs using Notion or Google Docs for review by the development lead. Determining Development Necessity and Prioritization Discussions occur during weekly stand-up meetings, prioritizing based on feature impact and urgency. Team leads organize decisions and share them during sprint planning. Task Decomposition and Sprint Planning Tasks are broken down into individual tickets within the management tool, managed at a size of 1 ticket = 1 PR. Large-scale modifications create an Epic, which is then decomposed into individual tasks like API creation or page creation. The sprint duration is 2 weeks, utilizing JIRA, Notion, and GitHub. QA (Quality Assurance) QA tickets are automatically created with the "Ready for QA" status. Test cases are managed and executed using the management tool or spreadsheets. Defects are tracked as dedicated tasks, and the development team is requested to address them. Release Before release, verify QA completion status in the management tool and GitHub PRs. Deploy using GitHub Actions to AWS ECS or Kubernetes. Post-release, monitor with Datadog; address issues with hotfix releases.
  24.
MeetsMore's product will continue to grow. To achieve that,

we have several challenges to overcome. Technical challenges and organizational challenges Common platform integration In addition to MeetsMore, which has been with us since our founding, ProOne has joined us, making us a multi-product company. There are several technical elements we want to standardize, such as authentication and notifications. However, there is also the risk that incorrect implementation could make them difficult to manage. Updating Various Packages Continuous repayment of technical debt, such as upgrading versions of various packages that the products depends on. For example, upgrading the UI framework MUI involves numerous dependencies, making it far from straightforward. We aim to implement this efficiently using AI and other technologies. Re-architecture We aim to enhance the product's scalability through integration between MeetsMore and ProOne, as well as with external systems. This requires implementing an architecture design that minimizes the impact on the speed of product feature development. Organizational Expansion & Knowledge Sharing Building scalable teams is increasingly essential as the organization grows. Given the high diversity within our teams, we must minimize implicit rules as much as possible. The challenge lies in how to discover and systematically store the knowledge accumulated by teams and individuals within the company.
  25. I'd like to meet someone like this Someone with a

strong curiosity about technology Someone who can't stop thinking about new technologies. Not just curious, but someone who sees it through to implementation. Beyond technology, someone who is also interested in people and organizations. People who believe that while technical excellence as an engineer is crucial, it's equally important for the team to excel as a whole. People who believe there are places you can only reach by strengthening the organization. People who believe a good product is one that people actually use. People who want to make tomorrow better People who believe technology exists to create a better future. People who believe the power of products can make the world a better place. People who want to feel they are changing the world with their own hands.
